Distancing processes are often time-consuming and rarely proceed in a straight line. It can be difficult to monitor progress during the support process. The scale conversation method aims to highlight individual progress and relapses during the process and to bring together self-perception and external perception.
- What possibilities does the scale conversation method offer?
- How can I use the method in my work?
In this workshop, practitioners in tertiary prevention will receive guidance on how to use the scale conversation and will have the opportunity to engage in a cross-phenomenon, practice-oriented exchange.
Staff from the JUMP program at CJD Nord will present the scale conversation, describe how they use the tool, and discuss with you the challenges that arise in the facing of constantly developing conditions, such as changes in clientele. Afterward, there will be an opportunity to exchange ideas in small groups and examine the applicability of the method in your own practice.
