Zukunftswerkstatt on Findability of Support Services

Results and Needs

From 2022 to 2024, the Future Workshops on Help Desks and Knowledge Networks surveyed the needs of practitioners for support structures and services. This showed that there is a great demand for open peer-to-peer knowledge transfer events and formats.
These include, for example, methodological workshops on forms of data collection and reports from successful evaluations. There is also great interest in low-threshold short-term evaluation consultations with experts from academia as well as interest and demand for modular in-depth training courses, which are made possible by existing knowledge networks.
To provide the most tailored support possible in cases requiring long-term guidance on quality management and evaluation systems, a consultation series is also being piloted. This series closely links impact-oriented indicators with the actual measures implemented.

Formats and Piloting

These formats have already been tested for the first time following the needs assessments in 2024. In 2025, these and other formats will be piloted in direct partnership with relevant knowledge networks.

Piloting the PrEval Consultation Series: interested organizations and projects wanted

VPN and i-unito are testing the consultation series developed as part of the Zukunftswerkstatt on Knowledge Networks with a large number of actors from specialist practice and administration. It offers practical support in the development of impact models, indicators and survey instruments for your individual measures and creates a structured exchange between practitioners, administration and funding bodies.

For the pilot phase, we are looking for projects or organizations that would like to test the series free of charge – ideally with the involvement of funding bodies or administrative units.
If you know of suitable stakeholders or are interested yourself, we look forward to hearing from you.
