Consultation Series Evaluation and Quality Management
Target Groups and Goals
The consultation series developed as part of the Zukunftswerkstatt on Knowledge Networks with a large number of actors from specialist practice and administration is being tested by Violence Prevention Network and i-unito. It focuses on supporting projects of civil society organizations in the prevention of extremism, promotion of democracy and civic education.
The series is aimed at organisations working with public administrations and funding bodies and seeks to actively support the development and implementation of evaluation and quality management processes.
Contents and Materials
The content of this consultation series is based on needs surveys and specific requirements from practice. On this basis, formats were developed in a design thinking process that reflect the specific needs. The topics and methods covered are specifically tailored to the individual needs of the participants in order to provide tailor-made solutions.
In various modules
- impact models are developed and designed in a practical way,
- indicators and survey instruments are developed, and
- support is offered for data analysis and evaluation.
A particular focus is placed on the continuous exchange between specialist practice, administration and science, which serves to develop coordinated, well-founded and practicable solutions. This enables a sustainable transfer of knowledge, which helps participants to establish and improve their evaluation and quality management processes in the long term.
To support the implementation of the concepts developed, accompanying materials and practice-oriented guidelines are provided. This content offers participants a valuable resource for applying what they have learned directly in their projects and anchoring the developed concepts in the long term.
All materials will soon be available free of charge on our website and will therefore be accessible to all interested parties.
