Zielorientierter Qualitätszyklus – ein organisationaler Ansatz der Selbstevaluation auf Augenhöhe

Luzia Kromke & David Jeß (ORBIT e. V.)

How can self-evaluation succeed in a partnership-based and impact-oriented manner within funding processes? In this PrEval Expertise Luzia Kromke and David Jeß from ORBIT e.V. present a goal-oriented quality cycle that can structurally support projects in the field of democracy promotion as a tool for self-evaluation. The approach combines impact-oriented project management with cooperative communication between projects and funding bodies. The authors emphasize the importance of joint goal agreements, clear indicators, and regular reflection, and provide practical recommendations for implementation – fostering greater transparency, trust, and quality in the field and in funding practice.
