Further Publications (2022–2025):

Rahlf, Lotta/Koynova, Svetla (2025): Weniger Skepsis, mehr Selbstbestimmung: Strukturierte Feedbackprozesse und Management Responses bei externen Evaluationen der Extremismusprävention, politischen Bildung und Demokratieförderung. PrEvalZukunftswerkstätten, Frankfurt/M.

In order for organizations working in the fields of extremism prevention, civic education, and democracy promotion to make the most of external evaluations, the internal handling of evaluation reports and evaluation results respectively must be organized efficiently and in a targeted manner. Structured feedback processes and Management Responses can optimize the effective use of evaluation results (Uptake) and help to balance any conflicts of interest between professional practice and stakeholders. The paper discusses possibilities and limitations for commenting on an evaluation report, as well as the internal division of labor within an organization in the commenting process and, based on previous evaluation experiences, advocates for the sustainable institutionalization of Management Response Systems in order to strengthen transparency, accountability, and quality in equal measure.
